V&A London Bus print by Katie Viggers

Created exclusively for the V&A and signed by the artist, this playful print shows a menagerie of animals aboard a London bus headed to the museum. Inspired by animals found in the V&A collection, we can see creatures referencing the works of William Morris and John Henry Dearle. Katie Viggers is an illustrator based in South London with a background in children’s books. She created Eightbear Press in 2009 with the aim of making artwork for children that would also be enjoyed by adults. All Katie’s prints begin life as hand-drawn mono prints before being coloured digitally.
